I am a land owner and have been blocked from rrc stating I must belong to an O&G company to gain entrance to their ONLINE SYSTEM. DOES THE RRC CATER TO THE O & G COMPANIES ONLY AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE LAND OWNERS ACCES TO THEIR INFO?
