We have a well has “paid” since last July. I’ve yet to see the well show up as a “green dot” on the permit to show that it is in production, so also no production to check against our check stubs. I don’t know if this is the oil company being slow to report it to TXRRC or if things are backed up at the agency.
Is anyone else seeing this? We are in Howard and the company is OXY, but don’t know if it is specific to either of these?
OXY may not have filed the completion report and been assigned an RRC lease number. Volumes should be reported under pending category using Production Reports Query. You can see oil and gas sales and volumes reported to Texas Comptroller CONG for severance tax purposes. If you identify the well and API or permit number, someone can give you more specific help.
Thanks. The original permit was 227-40873 and then they filed a second one 227-41025 so part of what I was trying to figure out was which one they drilled.

RRC permit for May North 1482 CP 1H (42-227-40873) has box at top that well was spud in Feb 2021. However there must have been drilling problem because Permit for May North 1482CPR 1H states that it is a replacement well for first well.
