A admin. of my family estate sold land back in the 1920’s to pay some debts. There is a probate will. In reading the will it mentions nothing about the sale of the mineral rights only the land. Is it true that if there is not an express reservation of the minerals stated in the deed that the minerals are conveyed with the surface?
