A admin. of my family estate sold land back in the 1920's to pay some debts. There is a probate will. In reading the will it mention nothing about the sell of the mineral rights only the land. Is it true that if there is not a express reservation of the minerals stated in the deed that the minerals are conveyed with the surface.
