Got a proposal from a broker/landman to lease land in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana. Lease sounds lowballed. These guys come in and catch you cold turkey with some lowball offer when they have a much broader understanding/projection of what's going to happen in the near future. I am just looking for discussion about activity in regards to the Tuscalousa Maring Shale. Trying to conduct some research to better enable me to make some knowledgeable and qualified decisions.
