Do I need to list my Mineral Rights in my Trust?
Yes! Mineral Rights are property. I live in Colorado and sold land in Rush County with a pumping well on it and one capped. I retained the Mineral Rights in the sale of the land. I contacted an attorney that specializes in Oil & Gas in Hays and he will work with my Elder attorney in Colorado. This will be done to avoid paying double probate when I am deceased, I’m 91.
