I have several wells (8) in Hughes County that are operated by Trinity and when I did not recieve a check for my over rides this month I called them. They informed me that in 2022 they had underpaid for transportation and were holding funds to correct it. I asked when they anticipated it being satisfied and they would not answer, so I started looking them up and ran across the Hoog suite. Should I be concerned and taking other actions? Thanks
Wait and see how the suit turns out if you are part of it. My understanding is that overrides are NOT supposed to have any post production charges attributed to them. You may need to speak with an attorney.
