In May, I received a pooling order in reference to a well in Section 32-8N-12E. I was directed to send a certified letter to Trinity Operating with my election, which I did during the proper time frame; Trinity received my letter, but I have not heard anything else from them. My siblings and I inherited our mineral rights, which are divided equally between us. I informed Trinity of this, but my siblings have never received any letters from Trinity. I emailed Trinity ten days ago and never received any response.
Is this typical? I am considering sending them a certified letter in hopes that they’ll give me information. Any other advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
