Is anyone else having tribal severance taxes taken from their revenue? This is new to me.

I don’t have a problem paying the taxes, but it seems to me that if we are to pay the tribes, we should not also have to pay the state. I’m sure this will all be hashed out in the decades to come, and that there will be NO retroactive refund if it’s determined that the state cannot tax on tribal land. What a cluster,
