Mineral owners whose minerals are being extracted by Triangle USA have been receiving information from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware concerning Triangle's bankruptcy. I am having trouble reading and understanding the "legalese" in the documents I am receiving. I am wondering if mineral owners will be effected by this bankruptcy and how we will be effected. Will it be necessary for mineral owners to seek legal counsel to protect their minerals and the extraction of those minerals. A bankruptcy such as this I am sure has happened many times before and I'm hoping someone has information on how these things usually play out.
