ETC pipeline company is trying to buy a right of way on our property for an 8-inch natural gas line that is a transmission line and not a flow line. Their initial offer is about $250 a rod. We got $380 a rod for a flow line hooking our well up to a processing facility across the street, so I would assume to get at least that but was wondering if transmission lines should get more than flow lines since that is not our gas coming through that line.
