Transferring a Mineral Deed

Does anyone know how to transfer a Mineral Deed to heirs in Texas? Our Grandfather retained the mineral rights when he sold his farm in Lewisville, TX. Our father never had ownership transferred to him (the only heir). Now it belongs to my siblings & myself, only our names aren’t on it. We would like to correct this but don’t know how to go about it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You cannot really transfer a deed. You have to record the appropriate paperwork in the deed records to get title from your grandfather to you. Whether that is a deed, probate records, or an affidavit of heirship, or a combination of these, depends. More detail is needed.
