Transfering fields

Can they transfer fields if you don’t know about it?

Not knowing where your description is, hard to answer exactly. But the operator can change the name of the field if they wish. They may have a field name for one reservoir, but if they drill a new reservoir, they may change to a new field name. If you give more information as to location or a well name, the forum may be able to answer more specifically.

I am also wondering why the tax statements on PSL Blk 24 sec 22, now includes sections 21 and 23 on the tax statement, when it was always by itself? They are calling the lease Echo A and Echo B? Then the lease numbers or 5188 and 5190? Dont they have to be 5 or 6 numbers?

Have you contacted the CAD and the Purchaser for guidance. I have assumed this is TX. Post the County and State for best responses.

Hi, They are all in Loving County. They were called Ludeman, Ludeman B, And Ludeman 22. The last one was PSL Blk 24 sec 22? Now Cog has the tax statement as Sec 21-22-23? Don’t understand this? Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it.

Hi, They also only list lease number as 5188 and 5190? Why is there only 4 numbers in the lease? Thanks

The lease number is the number assigned to the wells by Loving County. The RRC Lease ID and the well API numbers are listed separately in the legal description box. The 3 sections are listed because the horizontal wellbores cross all three sections, even though you may only own minerals in one section.

Thanks for your responds, my question is now is why was it listed separately before? And they are also including a Circuit Breaker Limitation? Can anyone tell me what that means? Thanks

There is also abstract number 1200?
