Thanks, Clint, and for your very easy links to the OCC. This transfer is in Section 9 where my brother and I have inherited from our mom an unspecified undivided interest in both the Northwest and Northeast quarters of Section 9. Very helpful. I dropped a note to the land manager of the new operator with a copy of our quit claim deed.
