I inherited mineral rights to an area in Carter County, Oklahoma which has been leased to XTO since 2007. Over the last few days, I have been bombarded with offers to buy my rights. I do not live in the area anymore and was wondering if anyone has seen any activity in the area of S29 T3S R3E S2 SE SE?

Make sure your address is correctly filed in Carter County. You should have tons of mail regarding XTO and planned increased density wells in section 29.
