Interested as to if there’s any activity going on near here lately. We have 160 net mineral acres, had a 3 year lease on it back in 2013, but production never came to fruition. Have had several offers to buy over the past year.

There’s nothing permitted or happening in that Section. The Township Range is pretty sparse too, except for a large federal unit a few sections over from you.
