Township 141n 103w sec 33,34

is there any activity in this area?

Joel,

Thanks for the info.

Mr. Peterson,

Acres on your tract were included in the January, 2012 BLM mineral lease. These federal minerals went on a ten year lease term with a 1/8th (12.5%) royalty. So it is not possible to precisely determine how those leases would compare with the lease of your private minerals. Though this does give some idea of current interest.

T141N R103W

Sec. 34: NW, Bonus paid $725 per acre.

Sec. 27, Bonus paid $625 per acre.

For comparison purposes, in 2008 some State acres were leased in Sec. 36 for a $170 bonus. In the Feb. 2012 State lease (5 year term with 1/6th royalty) minerals in township 140N 103W went for $300 per acre (this is to the south and east of your interest).

Other than these government leases in 2008, 2010, and now 2012, I'm unaware of any other activity in township 141N 103W.

does this mean they are going to drill soon? :)
