7.50 net mineral acres
- I am wondering what would be new current value of the area since it has been 3 years.
More importantly, I had inherited this land and was unaware of it till I was contacted and its from 30 years ago, how would I go about seeing if, which I believe I do, I had other mineral rights in Lea county as well as other south eastern NM. I can not get ahold of the original will of my grandparents at this time.
