I have a current lease on Township 12 South, Range 38 East, N.M.P.M. Section 26: SW/4 & W/2SE/4 that is soon to expire. 7.50 net mineral acres
- I am wondering what would be the new current value of the area since it has been 3 years.
More importantly, I had inherited this land and was unaware of it till I was contacted and it’s from 30 years ago. How would I go about seeing if, which I believe I do, I had other mineral rights in Lea County as well as other southeastern NM? I cannot get ahold of the original will of my grandparents at this time.
