Since I forgot again, can someone tell me how many acres is in this description… (Lots 3 & 4 and the South 1/2 of Section 1)? Thanks
A lot is 40 acres more or less. They are used when there is property that is uneven dimensions that won’t make a section.
A section is 640 acres so half is 320.
