Has anyone else received offers to top lease your mineral interest or know what’s going on with Cornerstone in the area? My mineral interest is in Section 8 of Township 163 Range 91. They already own the lease and it isn’t due to expire until August, but they have made an offer to top lease already.
There are a lot of active Madison formation wells near Section 8. Cornerstone Natural Resources has Bakken wells which started production mid-2012 within 2 miles NE of your spacing and production is fair. I hope this helps.
