Has anyone else received offers to top lease your mineral interest or know whats gong on with Cornerstone in the area? My mineral interest is in section 8 of Township 163 Range 91. They already own the lease and it isn't due to expire until August but they have made an offer to top lease already.
There are alot of active Madison formation wells near section 8. Cornerstone Natural Resources has Bakken wells which started production mid 2012 within 2 miles NE of your spacing and production is fair. I hope this helps.
