I am new to this group and would like to know if anyone has any info regarding the Tolliver unit leases with Pioneer? Thanks.

I may be able to look the Tolliver Unit up for you and tell you what's happening on the ground, but I will need to at least know the County and State.

The legal description of the subject lands would be in your lease.

I reviewed the Carlos Martinez Survey, Abstract No 6, Karnes County, Texas, using DrillingInfo.com, but was not able to locate any Well or Unit named Tolliver or anything close to it.

I even searched all of Karnes County and again for several counties in any given direction from Karnes County (Texas Rail Road Commission Districts 1 & 2) and found no Wells or Units named Tolliver.

There are a few wells drilled or being drilled by Talisman Energy in A-6, Karnes County, Tx. Would that be the name you have in mind?

Or, are you referring to an individual's Family Name: Tolliver, and unsure of the actual Well or Unit name?

I am trying to help, but need a little clarification -

Thanks I am getting the info from a family member so may have to do more research. I appreciate your time and will add more if I can get more info later.

If you are certain about the Survey, I can send you a list of every well in it.

You may need to narrow it down for me, however - over 800 wells have been drilled in the Survey over the years.

Are you looking for a well recently drilled into the Eagle Ford Shale? It's the new Kid in town down that way.

I/my family have over 1500 acres in the Carlos Martinez survey. I've got the plat & some more info. regarding same also. I just sent a friend request to you Charles & Lloyd & my grandmother was one of the Nichols family, Uncle was Jimmy Nichols, owned what used to be Barth's restaurant in Kenedy? We may be related somewhere down the line??? I look forward to hearing from you both. Thanks! Jon
