I have mineral rights as well in Titus County and Franklin County. Anyone here dealing with current lithium mineral leases? My deceased great Aunt has mineral rights there as well. They offered 5% Lithium royalty. My land (mineral rights) are very close to her land tract. What are the probabilities a company will want to lease mine as well?
