Several years ago my two sisters and I inherited mineral rights in Arapahoe County on the old Lowry bombing range. Since that time we have leased the rights twice without having them transferred into our names.
We would now like to go through probate in Arapahoe County to get the mineral rights formally transferred into our three names, but there appears to be no easy way to find the original vesting deed that established our parents as owners of a fractional interest in a large parcel that was co-owned with several other distant family members.
Is there a website where I can look up ownership under my parents’ name, or a company that can assist in researching the title so that we can get these mineral rights actually in our names and put them into our respective living trusts?
