We own mineral interests in Richland County on which Kraken Oil has drilled two wells. They started producing in June 2018. Kraken tells us they are Title Requirement 24 wells and they cannot pay our royalties until all mineral interest owners have signed division orders. Does anyone know what this requirement is? Also, is it common in Montana?
