Has anyone heard of Titan Exploration, LLC. Are they reputable? What are the current bonus and royalty rate offers in Converse County these days? We have an initial bonus offer of $1500 per net mineral acre and a royalty rate of 18.75. Any information would be helpful.

Sorry this is such a delayed response and that it is somehow still relevant. Please see below for the Titan Exploration Position in Powder River Basin.
It looks like they have several sections permited with two-mile HZ wells. It also looks like they are planning on targeting the Turner/Frontier and Mowry. If you are interested in finding out more information about the value of your minerals feel free to send me a message.
