Well obviously a lunch or dinner certainly isn’t worth the $ we paid attorney or my time spent researching. Maybe our attorney was not realistic at all with us when discussing possible/likely royalty payments we may or may not see. He definitely painted a much better “best/worse” case scenarios. Oh well, at least I can say I’ve learned a lot about mineral rights/leases this past year.:wink:
