Does anybody have any information about the Thomas Quevedo Survey A-39? My name is Eric Schodde. There is a deed from 1919 from M.L Brown to Southern Pine Lumber Company that started this all off if anybody has any information.

I believe that I own 10 acres that is sub-divided from a 475.9 tract of land. I only know two other people involved in this “case” and they both have my last name of Schodde. Is there any possibility of the land being leased or has it been paved over like I have been lead to believe?

This may help you “see” where your land is. Your deed may have been severed a long time ago into surface usage and mineral rights. It can be paved over on the surface and still be leased underneath for mineral rights.
