I wont the whole world to see this , we have been fighting a case in Robertson county for 5 years and can not even get a trail by jury to even look at our case . These crooks stole my family mineral rights along with over a Million dollars in cash that was paid to them by the other crooked oil companies . Case No. 09-cv-1894 is about Robertson county defendants Russ and McCullough (R&M) acting in conjunction with their primary co-conspirator, district judge Robert M. Stem, extorting money and stealing land and mineral interest for more than 15 years in Robertson county.
R&M oftened used shell companies to create sham transactions where company A purports to transfer its land or mineral interests to company B even though company A never owned the land or mineral interest in the first place. R&M, acting through The Firm, then seek a declaratory judgment that company B owns the land or mineral interest. Judge Stem grants R&M permission to serve notice on the allegedly undetermined owners by publication in local newspapers.
After actual owners fail to respond, Stem at the behest of R&M appoints D. Harris as attorney ad litem, ostensibly to represent the interests of the ACTUAL landowners.
On the same day he is appointed, D.Harris declares that he cannot locate the actual owners (even though most of them are readily identifiable) and Stem appoints Nestor Leamon as receiver to sell the property. Leamon then sells the property to R&M at prices far below market value and the proceeds are put into the registry of the court. If the actual owners fail to claim the money within 7 years, Stem gives it back to shell company B, i.e. back to R&M.

If it were me, I'd hope I lost the suit, probably some really angry veterans and lifelong deer hunters out there.
I didn't realise that conspiracy and racketeering was like a parking ticket and all you had to do was leave the state and the case would be dismissed against you, which seems to be the case, maybe if you just never answer the door even, so they can't serve you. Strange.
If peoples minerals can be sold out from under them based on notice in the newspapers, why can't these co-conspirators be served notice in the newspapers and lose because they didn't respond and put up no defense? One would seem about as just as the other.
Wow, this is unbelievably crooked. The real criminal appears to be the one who claimed under oath that the "readily identifiable" actual owners could not be located, sounds like perjury to me. You said you "cannot get a trial by jury" to look at the case. Do you mean that you cannot get the local district attorney to present this case to a grand jury? If so, if that's what you mean, then have you thought about hiring an attorney (perhaps one from the next county or two over), and taking this information to a grand jury in Robertson County yourself? District attorneys do not like that, but I believe that under Texas law any "credible person" can present information for indictment, then if the D.A. refuses to actually prosecute any member of the Bar can do so.
Wow is right, the local district attorney is the one that stole the property along with his corrupted crook buddies. We went to federal court in Waco and it was thrown out of court by the judge there , he would not even listen to the case period because he is in bed with the crooks . I am telling you even the FBI agent looking at the case was a crook to .
Time to start sending letters to every person in office with relevance. Send them all over the state, and country, news, legal societies, congress, etc. And make a nice CC list of everyone else who has been sent the letter so they all know what happened and who else now knows.
