My profile photo was emailed to me by COGCC Unit Hearing Officer Mr Roger Albrandt . I was told this is a photo of the Argenta Fee 18, API 05 007 06049 well.
Mr. Albrandt Said that inspector Steve Labowskie took this photo while performing a production inspection of the Argenta Fee 18 .
The date on the photo is 11/09/2011. Mr Labowskie inspection report says he performed the inspection on 11/10/2011. what that means is it took two trips out to this well to write it up for no well sign and some weeds . Mr Labowskie didn't write it up for the blue drum with the Flammable Liquid Label on it that's hiding the well sign ..
The FRAUD is it not the Argenta Fee 18 its the Argenta Fee 19, API 05 007 06094 and this well shares the same well pad as the Argenta Fee 18.
COGCC Unit Hearing Officer says I'll look in to it. that was four months ago .
I've called and emailed the COGCC Inspector Mr. Steve Labowskie and He won't answer the phone or respond to my emails .
The Argenta fee 18 has a pump jack on it, you can see it plain as day at the COGCC GIS Maps photo view. Big Run Production Company and the Lane family has been hiding the production from this well from all the interest owners for the past 18 years and that's for real .
Whats more they have never reported any produced water from this wet well.
This is not even the tip of the ice burg I mean their is a whole lot more going on . I think it won't be long and we all will be reading about it in the News Papers etc.

First, where is this well located? State/Field. What does the COGCC stand for? What was the purpose of this photo, violation wise? If you can add to your post, it would be helpful to fully understand what you are talking about.
The Argenta Fee 18 and the Argenta Fee 19 Share the same well pad in the NW4 of Section 11 32N6W, Ignacio Blanco Field, Archuleta County, Colorado . COGCC stands for Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
The purpose of the photo violation wise ?. That's a very good question Mr. Mallory . The inspection report type was a PR and the only violations were no well sign and weeds around the dehydrator . the inspector said nothing about the blue drum with the flammable liquid label on it . The inspection was dated the day after the photo was taken .
The photo was attached to a email from the COGCC Unit Hearing Officer Mr. Roger Albrandt, the email read "Just FYI a photo from one of our inspectors of #18".
I didn't buy it and started searching for something that would prove it ether way Bing birds eye view shows the the two Argenta Fee wells and I found that there in fact is a pump jack on the Argenta Fee 18 but not one on the Argenta Fee 19 . I wanted a photo with a date on it, so I went to the COGCC GIS Map view 2011 and down loaded their photo view of the two Argenta Fee wells and emailed that photo to Mr Albrandt and asked whats going on here ? .
I called my cousin the land owner where these two wells are located and asked him for a photo . He said He didn't own a camera and I would have to wait three weeks for his son to return because he had one. I ask my cousin a lot of question and didn't get any real answers !. He tells Me the pump jack is off the # 18 and on the ground and the #18 is not a good well etc. I asked about the inspection and he says I went out to the Argenta fee wells with Him and He the inspector took a whole lot of photos .
I called Mr. Albrandt and told him everything I'd come up with. This is what He tells me , If somebody steals your car who do you report it too the DMV ?. Mr. Albrandt quits on me .
I honesty don't think the inspector would be so foolish as to hide the well sign with a blue flammable liquid drum and then take a photo of it !!. Then not write it up in his report . I've been trying to find out who really took it, so I can get them to tell everybody why they did it.
I'll be back after dinner I hope ?.

William:
Are you the operator of the well, surface owner or mineral owner? Again, I am missing something in this scenerio as to why (the purpose), an Inspector from the COGCC would be taking photos unless there is violations against their State Rules. In Texas, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the State oil and gas regulatory agency, normally does routine lease inspections and if violations are found, a warning letter is generated to the operator of the well or a phone call is made to this operator and a recheck inspection is scheduled in the future to see if the violaitons were corrected. The RRC will cite an operator for no well sign or weeds inside the firewall at the tank battery or around heater treaters, etc. If the vioations are not corrected, other actions will be taken against the operator such as sealing in the well in until such vioations have been corrected. There are various types of violations, the sign being minor but the major is pollution.
I'm a mineral owner along with my Mother Blanche Lane Tompkins, Mom's 88 years old . I'm her caregiver too. Its early here in California and I'm just waking up .
Why the photo and for that matter why the inspection at this time ?. It had nothing to do with what I was doing or the process I was going though with the COGCC Unit Hearing Officer. I was attempting to get a Hearing request form filed so I could get a Hearing with the Commissioners and the Operator Big Run Production Company on the Calendar. The operator needs to be audited . That photo shot me down !. why I don't know ? The Unit Hearing officer Mr. Roger Albrandt strait up quit on me after the photo . I did everything right in the process but one thing and that was to email the unit Hearing officer the Payment of Proceeds Hearing Request forms. He asked me to email them to him and now says He does not have them and that I have to mail them via U.S. Mail to the COGCC Denver office.
I can only guess at why the fake photo of the well ?.
I'm attaching the Operators response to a Form 37 PAYMENT OF PROCEEDS SALES VOLUME RECONCILIATION PAYER CONTACT FORM, Operator Monthly Production Report and a check statement from Bp America to Big Run Production Company .
Our wells are the Argenta Fee 18 and the Argenta Fee 19 .

I'm afraid I can't help you in this matter as I don't know how the COGCC conducts their business. I would recommend that you contact the Director of the COGCC via email explaining what's goilng on and your position in the matter. Again, I have no idea how this agency conducts business.
Thank You for joining in the discussion . My goal here at Mineral Rights Forum is to tell my story so others won't end up like Mom and I . We will never recover the money but we can take the wells away from the operator and find one that's trust worthy .
William,
I am hoping that all works out for you, especially on behalf of your Mom. How will you go about finding a trustworthy well operator?
I have signed up for this page and am now interested in what you are talking about. Secondly, can you email me? Your mother's friend, Virginia would like to visit Blanche.
