Thanks for the help and sorry it took so long to say it

Just wanted to say "Thank You and sorry it took so long to say it" to those who responded to my Grady County questions. Has been a real hectic last 2 weeks at work. Am now trying to find out if I own the water rights as well as the mineral rights.

Has anyone heard about any drilling or plan plan to drill on or near section 6-10n-r8w? Any help wouldbe greatly appreciated.

"Whiskey is for drinking and water is for fightin ..." Frackers ... don't mess with my water!!! I got it and am darn proud of it.

In Texas, an amended version of SB 332 recently passed. It states that unlike surface water, groundwater is the property of the landowner, which allows a landowner the right to capture the water beneath his or her property. In other words, if you own the land, you own the water under it.

Good luck,

Pat
