NM oilboy ended up selling half of my ORRI to Jack Richardson. He did get me $20,000 per royalty acre in 19S 32E Sections 22, 23, 26, 27. He did a great job. $20,000 was $6,000 more than any other offers. As always, thanks for your advice!
