We are looking for a referral of an attorney with the following attributes:
First off the lawyer must have irreproachable honesty and integrity.
He or she must be familiar with the sale of mineral rights.
Familiar with adverse possession.
Familiar with pooling and regulations as they effect minerals.
A referral with personal experience would be the most ideal.
