I also would like the name of a good Texas oil/gas attorney. We have property in McMullen and LaSalle Counties, leased by EOG. We need to legally get our names on the deed. It is still in my mother and aunt's names. They are both deceased and we are the heirs.

I've heard good things about Guy Caldwell. He's also one of the advertisers on the site and very active in the forums.

I don't know Guy, but his comments on this forum certainly suggest that he know's his way around Oil and Gas Law. The same can be said for Ben Elmore.
