On division orders in Texas, Is the % of your horizontal figured at FPT first point taken? Or is it figured on the acreage divisions of the different leases? This scenario is on-site pads that are a little bit out into the field due to existing pipeline easement. (Don’t penalize me for providing “the curve” lol, except it’s not funny)
In Texas, it all depends upon what type of well it is. Allocation wells or a different type. Probably needs an attorney to give the exact definition. What is happening subsurface is important. I doubt that the pad enters into the calculations.
