Texas Cong Crude Oil and Natural Gas

Having some trouble with CONG. I have been trying to track production on these new wells (drilling permit number, Howard county) 866692 thru 866704. CONG is showing the same oil production amount for June on all of the wells. Is this some sort of a glitch?

Most likely an error by the reporting company or its agent. Such as someone allocated the total volumes equally among all the wells. The wells are reporting volumes under pending on RRC Production Report Queries, but June is not yet filed. Completion reports are filed, at least for several wells, and you can access a lot of information there.

That’s odd Thank You I have not been able to see the Natural Gas production. Now that we have 4 months of production shouldn’t we be seeing a check and division orders?

Is it strange for 2 different leases to report exact same production for almost 2 years on railroad commission site.

If you post the wells and lease numbers, then it will be easier for someone to answer a specific question.

Operator may be using a common tank battery and allocating evenly between the wells, rather than measuring at the wells. Two wells in different sections will not produce exactly the same volumes for month after month. From RRC GIS viewer, it looks like there is production from Winfred horizontal in Section 38, and there are two more permits. No other production or permitted wells in Section 15. So you might want to verify that the section 15 well is producing.

Would there be a common tank Battery 3 miles apart? These sections have been held for last 2 plus years, as a result if you look back to 2018 in August, Sept , October production was 1,0,1 and 5,0,4, Sterling 15 was surely going to become unviable/ dry and release section. Then numbers get real similar but not exact, only les than a year later become exact hold properties, then just recently those other wells came in, W/2 actually separate lease, E/2 wells permitted in last few weeks, With 2 lease I.Ds different i just don’t believe in coincidences that for 2 years held over 1000 acres until it could be horizontally developed, The production was not the exact same prior to current companies taking over, so i would think that ruled out common tank, plus spliting production would be false reporting would it not? So how could one explain the exact same production for 2 years
