I received a lease proposal from TEX-BRIT Corporation for interest in Block No.15 of the Realitos Subdivision of the Capita Farm and Garden Tracts in DUVAL COUNTY , TX. Has anybody heard of or leased to TEX-BRIT Corporation? Is anybody familiar with that area? I would appreciate any info, thank you DS
