I received a lease proposal from TEX-BRIT Corporation for interest in Block No. 15 of the Realitos Subdivision of the Capita Farm and Garden Tracts in Duval County, Texas. Has anybody heard of or leased to TEX-BRIT Corporation? Is anybody familiar with that area? I would appreciate any info, thank you DS

TEX-BRIT is a leasing company working on behalf of an undisclosed client. Ask the landman who the client is.
