This well is in a unit in Gaines County (Yates formation).

N.E. Loop unit 2 the wells in this unit have not produced for years. What can the Mineral Owner do? This well has been TA for 3 years. It is still on schedule with Texas RRC as Temporary Abandoned?

Contact the Operator first and give them 30 days to P&A. Tell them if they do not, your next stop is the Railroad Commission.
