Received a unimpressive offer from TCO to renew a lease with Crescent/Javelin. Anyone else receiving similar and agressive close quick tactics?
Not yet. What I have received are some pretty sneaky offers to lease for 1 year, then the royalties basically are transferred to the offeror. Have to read the fine print. The saying is “the large print giveth, and the small print taketh away”.
That particular “scam” has been circulating through several different states. Be very careful with anything for royalties for a short time or offers with a check attached. READ THE FINE PRINT!
