My Mother’s account was due a payment from this suit but her account was suspended due to her death. The funds were returned to “reorganized debtors” but after lot’s of calling and work, I’ve been unable to recover(I’m her executor) the funds. I do believe the funds were sent to FDL, but they claim ignorance. I’ve also contacted Sheridan and they say they don’t have the funds either. Any help is appreciated.
If you have the Sheridan class action suit paperwork, there should be a third party attorney’s contact information on there. There may not have been much to recover.
