Tax Question

I live in the State of Utah but have some gas and oil interest in Doddridge County, West Virginia. In the past, I have always combined my 1099 from royalties received with my total earnings and paid my taxes through the Feds and Utah. Royalty received from West Virginia has been insignificant; however, this year my income is up from signing leases and receiving bonus money. Would this be taxed in West Virginia or could I pay through Utah? I have also received some royalty. I do pay property taxes through Doddridge County every year on property owned.

The 1099 form reads: This information is being furnished to the Internal Revenue Service, doesn’t say to what state. I would think that I could pay all earnings in Utah.
