We have been told so many different things by so many different people. They will be drilling this week on Indian trust land that we own in Montrail County, North Dakota.We have been told by the IRS that proceeds from this tract will be non-taxable because of the location on the trust land. I don’t know if this can be the case after doing extensive research. does anyone know where I can find out ??
