Severance taxes and ad valorem tax paid to WV, can they be claimed online 16 of Schedule E? Can depletion be claimed at 15% like I do for vertical wells? Also under other expenses, line 19, can I claim any other deductions like transportation? I know I need to consult a tax expert but a general feel about these issues would be helpful.
