I’ve dealt with many oil companies handling my wife’s inherited mineral rights in Texas and Oklahoma. Some responsive, some very slow. TGNR is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never received anything but a canned response from them that I am on the list and they will reply as soon as possible. In some cases it’s been years and still no response from a real person. My wife receives a very small check from them. I’ve never seen a company with so many constant back charges and credits. Twenty five page statements is the norm for this company. It is not unusual for them to go back five or six years. It’s constant. At this point I can’t believe some of these months haven’t been reconciled two or three times at least. Our check is so small it’s not worth the time but I’ve always expected to be notified of a class action lawsuit started by some owners who get substantial royalties.
