Has anyone been dealing with T G N R. Anyone having trouble with getting a fat shake?
It is usually more helpful if you also put the state and county in the question.
Texas , Panola County.T>G>N>R showing production on RRC. But check stub shows 0.
Is the 0 on your check detail for volume or for royalty $? For oil, you need to compare the disposition volume with the check volume. For gas, the check may report gas and NGL (products) separately instead of combined into a single line entry. Gas prices have been negative during much of 2024 so the gas royalty might be zero. However, you may be receiving royalties on the NGL.if you provide more information, you will get a better response.
Tokyo Gas. Hopefully they get busy drilling more Haynesville Shale wells. (I think they have 3 rigs running currently in Panola and Harrison Counties? They are trying to put production personnel in place (Carthage, Tx. They have many field support openings listed on their website and on Indeed). They are also trying to fill important roles at Houston HQ. Not sure what “fat shake” refers to?
I’ve dealt with many oil companies handling my wife’s inherited mineral rights in Texas and Oklahoma. Some responsive, some very slow. TGNR is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never received anything but a canned response from them that I am on the list and they will reply as soon as possible. In some cases it’s been years and still no response from a real person. My wife receives a very small check from them. I’ve never seen a company with so many constant back charges and credits. Twenty five page statements is the norm for this company. It is not unusual for them to go back five or six years. It’s constant. At this point I can’t believe some of these months haven’t been reconciled two or three times at least. Our check is so small it’s not worth the time but I’ve always expected to be notified of a class action lawsuit started by some owners who get substantial royalties.
