Question: Has anyone else had contact or activity from Syndicated Energy Management, LLC ?

I have been contacted by a Land Man from Syndicated to lease my mineral acres in Leon County.

Syndicated is listed as active on their Franchise Tax account. Land man has given me his address and business name. I have kept the discussions at the preliminary stage as Syndicated has not yet recorded any leases with the Leon County Clerk’s office (as confirmed by the Land Man). And the lack of activity is a concern for all of the obvious reasons.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Am dealing with them on the Leon/Madison County line, west of Normangee. Claims to have leased a couple thousand acres in this area

Thank you for your response. Good to hear Syndicated seems legit. I hope they record those leased acres soon so we can see their footprint. Also, I have not yet been contacted by Bull Run, but their path of activity seems to be coming closer to me. I am between Normangee and Hilltop Lakes.
