Need help getting my suspense funds. Do I need an attorney?

I was contacted by a landman in September 2025. About the Suspence funds. They were requesting W nines. Those were sent in October 2025 was advised it would take 30 to 90 days to receive the funds. Contacted foundation energy management owner relations, in December. Was advised that this could take another 30-90 days. The landman stated he was pulled off the title issue project and was assigned to something else.? The land man stated in an email that the title issue was completed in November. Have heard nothing from Foundation Energy Management. The ownership is originally my grandmother, my mother and then to me. No other name should be on that title. Confused about the title issue unless intentional confusion by another party.
Minerals are real property and title must be established in deed records. Do you have deeds recorded in county records where minerals are located? Deed from grandmother to mother and also deed from mother into your name? Perhaps from probate of the estates or gift deeds.

You are likely one of many people who has funds in suspense and companies are swamped with work. 90 days from December is some time in March, so demand by attorney may not speed this up. Are you currently in pay with Foundation or is these older funds? Do you know what well(s) and whether they include your minerals?
