I just got my Division Orders, and I am supposed to start receiving payment on March 28th. Does this include my suspended account? How do I find out how much I am due?
Your division order will list a well or wells. It has a decimal amount associated with each well that determines how much you will get paid. That decimal is based upon your net mineral acres, your royalty and the perforations within your acres related to the whole spacing unit. If you are in TX, then you need to return the DO in order to get paid. OK is a different story. Your first check will have the wells and the production months and hopefully any back pay. You will have to wait and see.
