I own a lot I’m looking to sell: 7.79 acres, Section 46 Lot 41 Block 34 of H&TC. I’m not sure if I have an access road to this lot but I have attached my legal description if anyone can make heads of it. States subject to a 20ft road easement. The Ward County Appraisal District gives a GPS area of 31.422389, -103.015722.
