This may should be posted under surface issues, but I’ll try here first. Does anyone know the going rate of spud fees per stick for a surface use agreement? The pad location under negotiation is in east Texas. Thanks!
Here’s a little more info: 6acre ± pad, 6 estimates spuds
Different animal than etex, but a similar size pad in the denver metro area (lots of activity and competition) may get 30K/well
Consider asking for an ORRI if you don’t need immediate cash.
