I inherited section 10 in Lincoln ok .. I had an attorney contact me saying Sunoco bought and they were sending royalty checks etc .. never received anything Now I come to find out the attorney went bankrupt so I’m not sure who to contact regarding the section 10?
There are court dockets showing but I’m not sure who to contact ? Any ideas ?

There are many section 10’s in Lincoln Co. Please give the entire section, township and range.
It is section 10 T13N- R5E Lincoln ok
Sunoco was a transmission company.
Montclair Energy has the Pinehurst 1-10H. Contact them as the operator to get into pay status. 1800 Canyon Park Cir Ste 405 Edmond, OK 73013-6631 is the last address that I see.
Ask them what you need to transfer the royalties to you. Usually require the probate documents, death certificates, your driver’s license, etc.

Sorry to take this convo elsewwhere, did Sunoco leave any old metal signs behind on your property? I have a barn/workshop/keep a few older cars in and like to collect old metal signs, if so, please let me know!
